Organisatie

The position we are recruiting for is that of a Layout Planner joining the broader Brand Creative Team at our client's European headquarters. In this role you will be collaborating with Store and Story Designers, Visual Merchandising and Graphic Designers on all new stores and refits for stores across the continent. You will get the responsibility for co-crafting the right consumer journey and zoning that enables sales forecasts and visual standards to be achieved. Interesting, right?

Our client's Brand Creative Team is the high-performance engine that ensures an ongoing output of impressive, sustainable and innovative stores worldwide. High end graphics, outstanding retail designs combined with space and layout planning are the base of every one of our client's store. While expanding rapidly, the search for passionate retail designers is on. The challenge is to conquer new cities, new markets, but never compromise on the quality and uniformity of the brand's stores. An ideal candidate comes from a high-end retail environment and has proven experience in working on trend setting, high caliber, retail construction projects. 

Functieomschrijving

  • Oversee agency / fixture vendors on our roll out stores program.
  • Reviewing Autocad / store layouts and following guidelines but can think of creative solutions when needed.
  • Present agency works to internal stakeholders and manage feedback and comments.
  • Continually improve and work on the roll out concept with Layout Planning team and design.
  • Own the individual project ordering while keeping within budgets.
  • Coordinate cost approvals within set timelines.

Functie-eisen

  • A Bachelor's degree in retail / interior design or project management.
  • Available and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
  • Ability to own / manage multiple stores / projects at the same time.
  • Previous experience with Agency / Vendor management.
  • Exceptional time and cost management.
  • An inner motivation, strong ambitions and a pragmatic approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in AutoCAD is important. (Basic knowledge is ok with mindset to improve)
  • Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp work would be a bonus.
  • Previous experience in Layout planning and / or store openings.
  • Design Project management experience.
  • A feeling for materials, graphics and in-store customer experience.
  • Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (e.g. InDesign and Excel).
  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
  • Professional proficiency of the English language.

Ons aanbod

At first an ELLBRU contact for 6 or 12 months is offered, with the intention of going into a permanent contract with ELLBRU. A compatible wage (€2.800 - €4.000) and numerous extra benefits, including pension plan, holiday bonus and paid time off are part of the deal.
